Krets (krets.vip) is a private tool operated by Alexander Strandberg. This page explains what data it handles.

Data we store

Contact details (name, email, company, role, notes) of people in the operator's network, plus event RSVPs and profile information that invited people submit themselves.

Google data

If the operator connects a Google account, Krets reads Gmail and Google Calendar metadata (such as sender, recipients, subject and meeting times) to record when the operator last interacted with a contact. This data is used only inside Krets for the operator's own contact management. It is not shared, sold, or used for advertising or to train AI models. Krets' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

Data is stored with our hosting providers (Vercel and Neon). Some contact information is sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) to suggest event table assignments. Nothing is sold.

Deletion

To access or delete your data, or to revoke Google access, email alexander.m.s.strandberg@gmail.com. Google access can also be revoked at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
